I think that many people are shocked to hear that I actually need to wear glasses, pretty much all the time. But because I tend to wear contact lenses, I am hardly seen in my glasses other than at home. But now that I have to be up and doing the school run early each morning, some mornings I really can’t face putting my contacts in my eyes. Plus, I really do overwear my lenses, so wearing them less really is a must.
Which is where GlassesShop.com comes in. I have had a few pairs of glasses from them and have not been disappointed. My latest order was no exception. Being able to order glasses online is pretty much a dream. It saves time at an optician and the prices are much much cheaper (though of course, I fully support having regular checks at your optician as you do need an up to date prescription. It just makes buying prescription glasses so much simpler and cheaper. For me anyway).
The glasses frames that I chose were the Hacienda Wayfarer style. I have a pretty large square face, so I checked on the site the kind of glasses that suit my face shape. I have to have larger ones, though, as a smaller cat eye style just looks like it has been forced on my face. I like that you can upload a photo and according to the frames dimensions, it shows you what the glasses will look like on. As I have said, I have a few pairs from GlassesShop.com but they have all turned out the right style for me. So if you’re wary of not being able to try them on beforehand, then I would defiantly recommend the vitriol trying on that you can do on the website.
So for a school run, these are quick and easy to put on (and often means I can wear less makeup as they detract from my face haha).
If you want to grab yourself some glasses from GlassesShop.com, then make sure that you use my special coupon code GSHOT50.
This code means you can have 50% off eyeglasses and sunglasses with free lenses (this does exclude sale frames though). I would certainly recommend buying from there. I have not been disappointed by the glasses, the service, or the quality.
*the glasses were gifted in exchange for this post. All opinions are my own.
