    I’m so glad that you’ve mentioned both energy levels and weight loss as a couple of the benefits of drinking more water.

    As obvious as this sounds I feel that many people are simply unaware of this.

    In fact, I would hazard a guess that a lot of the time when people think they’re hungry they are actually probably slightly dehydrated.

    So essentially, drinking more water so you’re more hydrated means that you’re less likely to snack.

    Furthermore, I also know from personal experience that there are days when I potentially haven’t drunk enough water for whatever reason and It actually affects my mood.

    So, I end up not getting things done and usually snacking simply to “lift my mood”.

    Therefore, as well as the physical benefits there are undoubtedly mental and emotional benefits to ensuring you drink enough water on a daily basis.
