We are in the Easter week… the big weekend is almost upon us! I don’t know if it’s just me but I feel like the craze over Easter is getting bigger each year. Food stores are battling it out for the most extravagant chocolate creation, and hot cross buns have been on sale since mid January! I love Easter and certainly welcome this flurry of springtime excitement, but what about my diet? What about my mum, sister, and sister-in-law who have all vowed to be healthier this year? We’ve been trying to be “good” for the entirety of 2019 so far and now we’re faced with temptation of chocolatey rabbits and hearty roast dinners!
