I love avocados! They are good for you and go with so many things. I have them in smoothies a lot and it makes them so delicious and creamy. Try out these lovely ice pops, suitable for all the family.
Avocado, Lime & Coconut Ice Pops
- 2 Hass avocados, halved, pitted and peeled
- Juice of 2 limes
- 397g can condensed milk
- 200ml coconut milk
What to do:
1. Puree the avocados, lime juice, condensed milk and coconut milk in a blender for 30 seconds, until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into ice-pop moulds and freeze for at least 12 hours.
There you go, simples! But oh so very delicious and good for you.
