With Christmas on the way, I’m sure a few of you have some dinner parties planned so I thought I would share this lovely, quick and simple picky dessert that is perfect for a buffét. It is sweet but nutty, funnily enough, and as anyone knows me will know, if there are nuts involved in food, I’m on board! They’d also work really well as a snack, making up a batch on a Sunday evening, ready for the week.
There last for a few days in an air tight container so it is perfect for making ahead of time – the best kind of snack in the busy Christmas period. Let me know what you think to it.
