Some of you probably know that I’m a northerner, born and raised, but am now living daaaan saaaaafff as I married a southerner and he currently works in London. So when he asked me if we wanted to go to Leeds a few days ago, I of course was well up for a road trip. Of course I presumed he meant the mighty city I went to Uni in, in Yorkshire.
Well, what he actually meant was the teeny village called Leeds in Kent! So cheeky.
But it was a really lovely day with family visiting Leeds Castle. Of course it was a bonus that the sun was shining – nothing beats spring in England, if you ask me!
Anyway, just sharing a few of the pictures of what we got up to – I’d recommend a visit if you haven’t before, it is stunning and there is lots to see and do.
The castle grounds look STUNNING! What a fabulous day out for the family. Thanks so much for hosting #snotallabout you x
It looks so beautiful there! 🙂 Thank you for hosting #snotallaboutyou
It looks really lovely there. I may have to take the family. Of course I only have to say the magic word “castle” to Mr S and he will be well up for it. Thank you for co hosting with us 🙂 x
WOW! I think I even said it out loud. Just beautiful
I can only wish that we had somewhere like that to visit here in my little town of nowhere. The pictures are all so beautiful. Thank you for hosting a great #snotallaboutyou linky.
