I have been loving juicing recently thanks to my new juicer! I have only ever had a blender before for smoothies, so I’m a little bit in love with actually being able to make proper juice, at home. I have been doing a kind-of juice cleanse, having one for breakfast and one for lunch and other than the nothing to chew part, I have been really loving it. Feeling much more energetic and healthy. I’m not doing it for weight loss as juicing is very short-term for that, but just to feel better. Feeling good so far.
Obviously, the theory behind the recipes is really simple, just put all the ingredients into the juicer, switch on, and hey presto!
Carrot & Apple Juice
Green Machine
Cucumber & Mint
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- small handful mint leaves
- 2 apples
Method
- Juice all the ingredients together, making sure that you put the mint leaves in with the cucumber or apples to be juiced, so you can get the most from them.

These all sound delicious. I need to get my juicer out again. It’s been a while #TastyTuesday
I love that you can just use up lots of fruit and veg with it 🙂
I love green juices. I love to hear other peoples recipes because I’m so boring and make the same few all the time. These sound delicious. I’ve never used carrot yet because I’m not keen on savoury flavours, but mixed with apple sounds so yummy. xxx #tastytuesdays
so tasty aren’t they? The carrot makes it taste surprisingly sweet – so much nicer than you’d think x
Carrot and apple is a classic, which is yummy. I can’t juice as a meal replacement, though I should.. I need to chew lol!
Oh yum, I love me some juice, we have fresh mint in the garden and lots of strawberries too so I’m going to make a mint and strawberry smoothie soon. Love yours and gorge photography! Thanks for linking up x
