I love home décor and accessories and have been lucky enough to add a few new bits to our home recently.
We got the following things from Geroge Home and I love them all!
- Cheval Mirror, Walnut Effect £40 – it is a free standing, full length mirror and it was just what I was looking for. You can alter the angle of it and it doesn’t take up much space. Good quality and worth the money.
- Letter U Tapestry Cushion, £5 – absolute bargain basically! It is fairly small but I think its a nice little touch for our living room sofa. And of course we went for ‘U’ as that is what our surname starts with.
- White Vine Table Runner, £7 & Cream Tablecloth, £7 – We’ve never really had table cloths or runners and I really wanted some. We haven’t got the best table in the world so I thought if we could cover it up and make more of a feature of it then it would look loads better. The cloth and runner are really well made and machine washable – result. (The Yankee Candle and poinsettia plant can be purchased from ASDA too).
- Elegant Living Moon Rock Damask Duvet Set (King Size), £30 & Natural Round Pleated Cushions, £5 each – anyone that knows me knows that I love my sleep, so my bed is one of my favourite places to be. This duvet set, that comes with two pillow cases, is Egyptian cotton and has lovely sateen stripes on it. It is really good quality and I am most impressed by it. The cute little circular cushions didn’t come with it, but they are an exact colour and material match – perfect! They have a pleat effect design and I think they’re really pretty. (White square cushions we already had).
The George website is really easy to use too and delivery was quick, like ridiculously quick – most impressed. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that all of our items are good quality and well made, as I don’t think ASDA George is always thought of for their homeware. They should be through, their items are lovely.

Thinks I never thought of Asda for these type of items, I drop into my local one and check them out tomorrow
They have a really lovely range. Not somewhere I would have necessarily thought of but I definitely will in the future
