Autumn Equinox is here, so we can officially say that autumn is here! As much as I enjoy the sunshine and warmer weather, I think that autumn, along with spring, is one of my favourite seasons. The cooler weather can be welcomed, and I’m all over a bit of hygge and getting cosy with blankets and pumpkin spice anything. But the autumn fashion? It has to be one of my favourite things.
I really like the autumn layering, with jeans, ankle boots, thick socks, tops, long cardigans, and a chunky knit scarf. I just love it! So I have been on the lookout for a variety of different things to add to my autumnal wardrobe. Here are some of my top picks from Lily Lulu:

^Pointed Toe Block Heel Western Ankle Boots in black – £32
I really like that these are faux leather, but don’t look really shiny or cheap as some faux/vegan leather can. The block heel is just the right height for everyday wear, and the western style of the boot will look great with some black skinny jeans, as well as with dresses and tights.
I actually have these boots myself and they are so comfy. I love wearing them with tights, midi dress, and a leather jacket.

^Flute Sleeve V-Neck Frill Mini Dress in white – £32
I’m not sure if I’d wear it as a dress, but more layer it up with skinny jeans. Though with tights and boots and a snood scarf it could look really great for the season. It looks really simple and comfortable to wear, which is what I am all about.

^Faux Leather Round Toe Chunky Block Heel Ankle Boot – £28
This is the colour of the season, am I right? I think that these look fantastic, and will work well with dresses and skirts for a more formal look, as well as with baggy jeans or skinny jeans. I ma just obsessed with the colour though, amazing!

^ Ribbed Knit Button Side Split Detail Midi skirt in grey – £24
The casual look of this is great, as they are styled here with Vans, it will look good for warmer autumn days. With a slouchy jumper is such a great look, and talk about comfort as well as style; really like it.

^ Floral Print Ruffle Hem Wrap Front Midi Dress – £25
I love a midi dress in my life, and summer isn’t the only time that you can wear one. Some black tights, boots, and a leather / pleather jacket is such a mood this season. Throw on a chunky scarf too, and you’ll be warm, but looking great all at the same time. I like that it can be casual or smarter, depending on how you style it.

^ Teddy Longline Coat in beige – £50
I really wanted to get a jacket like this last year but it didn’t quite happen, so maybe this year I’ll manage it? I love how it is styled here, but I think that a teddy coat looks good when worn with boyfriend jeans and chunky trainers, with a cross-body bag. Definitely more of a casual and everyday style that I would totally wear. Plus, it has just got to be such a warm coat, right?
Have you got any favourite things about the season? Any top picks here? It would be great to hear what you think.
