Great points indeed! I agree that there is a greater likelihood of succeeding with our fitness goals as a family rather than going through the grind alone. Recently my family decided to minimize the quantity of sugar in our diet and processed foods. We have also decided to include a regular workout regimen that we individually prefer. I like to run, my wife likes yoga and my son is into martial arts.
