People need people, so although it is quite difficult for many of us right now, making a real effort to maintain healthy relationships is something you should really be focusing on if you want to improve your quality of life.
As well as making an effort to get int ouch with good friends, you should work hard on improving your relationship with your partner, whether that means opening up morel schedule more date nights or getting rid of them! Whether it’s getting access to mobility cars so you can get out and about more or talking to a therapist about your anxiety issues, getting help is always a good thing and it will always serve to improve your quality of life. If you don’t sleep well, you don’t live well. You’re more likely to become overweight, suffer from stress, anxiety and depression, and develop serious health issues like heart disease. So, it’s fair to say that sleep is important.
If you struggle with your sleep, try yoga, meditation or a hot bath before bed.
