Indestructibles from Vertbaudet | Review

When you’ve got little ones, nothing sounds better than a product that is ‘indestructible’. Vertbaudet have an awesome new range of shorts and trousers for children that are called just that.

The design of the shorts and trousers, available for boys and girls, are designed with adjustable waistbands, press stud fastenings and reinforced knees and a resilient canvas fabric.

The canvas material feels really sturdy but doesn’t feel to thick, especially for wearing the shorts in the warmer weather. You can see the reinforced areas on the shorts and they are slightly thicker, but again, it doesn’t make the shorts too thick or warm.

The press stud fastening is great now Max is Mr. Independent and goes to the toilet by himself. Buttons can be tricky for him still but the press stud works perfectly.

Max really liked having ‘lot of pockets’ as there are six (two on front, two at the back, two on the knees). The reinforced knee areas really add to the cargo-style look for the shorts.

The shorts cost from £13 and I think that is totally reasonable (the t-shirt is available from £6 too – bargain). So far the shorts (and the t-shirt) have washed and dried really well and no sign of bobbling which is really important to me – anything easy to wash is a winner in my book! I think you get your money’s worth in terms of price per wear as I really think they’ll last a long time.
