Review: 3D Printed Personalised Vitamins from Nourished

I am all for healthy living and making some healthy choices in your life. I had some blood tests done during lockdown for a number of reasons, and my results came back that I was anaemic as my iron levels were very low. I was also lacking in calcium, which could be down to my (nearly) vegan diet. Having a balanced diet is important, though, for health, so I have been looking for ways to improve things. That is where Nourished personalised supplements come in.

With Nourished, you can personalise your own Nourished nutrition gummy stack. You can complete a questionnaire to get a stack personal to you and your requirements, but you can also choose from a more general yet carefully formulated life stack if required instead. Each stack is made to order in the UK using 3D printing, and it can be delivered right to your door.

Personalised Vitamin Stack

When you get your order, it is personal to you, and tells you exactly what is in your stack, and what each thing will do. It was really interesting to see what is in each one, and what it will do for me and my health. Each stack is 3D printed fresh to order, which I think is just pretty mind-blowing to be fair. It just shows how much the company are stepping up with their technology and making an amazing innovative product out there.

The vitamin stacks are made using a vegan gel, and my stack tasted great. It is just like a soft fruit pastille, minus the sugar. Although they look like they are coated in sugar, they are sugar-free vitamins as it is a sweetener instead. Compared to some traditional supplements that I have tried, Nourished has reasserted and found that they are 99% higher efficacy and 70% higher absorption that than traditional options. Because they are food based, your body knows what to do with them.

As well as being vegan and sugar-free, the packaging is plastic-free too. The vitamin stacks are free from all major allergens, and are Halal and Kosher friendly too, which is great to see.

I have been impressed with the quality of the product from Nourished, as their attention to detail. All the packaging is recyclable, as well as being home compostable. I also like that 98% of the ingredients from Nourished are sourced from the UK, and they are printed int he UK too. So they on’t travel far at all! Nourished are a great company with innovation, sustainability, and creativity in mind.

It can be hard to tell if how I have been feeling is as a result just of taking these stacks specifically. However, as i have mentioned, I had some blood tests done with my GP, back during lockdown. I have had repeat tests recently and things are as they should be! My iron levels are back to normal, which is probably as a result of these supplements, and how much more energetic I have felt. So they have to be worth a try if you have some specific concerns, or want to improve your health and wellbeing.

Priced at £29.99 for a monthly supply, they aren’t cheap. However they are some of the top-rated vitamin stacks out there. For me, if you can afford this price, then it would be worth it, as they source quality ingredients for them, and they are vegan, sugar-free, and plastic-free.

If you are interested in trying this out for yourself and getting your own personalised stack, then you can use the code MINE15 to get 15% off!
