Snug as a Bug with Vertbaudet | Review

Do you know what I saw in the shops a few weeks ago? Mince pies! So basically, Christmas is on the way and winter is here!

I’ve been on the lookout for a new coat for Chloe and Vertbaudet have a lovely, snuggly warm range this season. Chloe has been trying out the Baby Girls 3-in-1 parka. It is super cute, printed with hearts and has little clips for attaching the matching mittens. The best way to use them so that they don’t get lost! There are three colours available; red, dark blue and light grey (we obviously went for the grey). The coat can be used for extreme weather and has a 4 snowflake rating.

It has a zip under press-stud placket, so all the fastenings are hidden and helps to keep your little one extra warm. The hood is detachable using press-stud fastenings. There are two cute pockets on the front with embroidered hearts and the cuffs and hem are elasticated. Again, great for keeping extra warm.

The coat is ‘3-in-1’ as it has a fleece cardigan attached inside. It can be worn with or without, depending on the weather, and is simply attached with a zip and some press studs. It has zip through style and is fleece, so really warm and sung. It also has a cute heart stitched onto the back of it, the same as the coat pockets have.

The coat consists of:

  • Parka: 49% polyester, 42% cotton, 9% polyamide.
  • Lining: 100% polyester fleece.
  • Padding: 100% polyester.
  • Detachable inner cardigan: 100% polyester fleece.

modelling the fleece jacket – think she was fed up of photos!
I think the coat is lovely and really recommend it. It is such good quality, well made and really insulated and warm – the whole point of a good winter coat. I like Vertbaudet and think they have a lovely range of other 3-in-1 coats too. The coat is Β£29 (currently there is 20% off) and I think that is totally reasonable, a really competitive price too.

What do you think to the coat?
