Sudocrem Care & Protect | Review

When I heard that there was a new Sudocrem product out, I was looking forward to seeing what it was like, and with it being suitable from newborn, I felt happy trying it with baby Chloe. The cream is a different consistency to the ‘regular’ Sudocrem cream and is the consistency of a normal moisturiser so very easily applies to the skin. The cream comes in a flip-top lid which is easy to open with one hand – which is great when changing a wriggly baby.

I was happy with the product on the whole, and for us it did the job of easing soreness and the nappy rash that Chloe has had. It was quite mild though so I would be interested to try it again when Chloe’s teething and the rashes get worse. Though it is meant just as an ‘everyday’ cream.

The Care & Protect cream is £3.99 and it is quite a small tube, so do think for the amount you get, and how long it will last, it is a little overpriced. I was happy with how it worked though and it’s a handier size to take with you when you’re out and about than the original Sudocrem tu. I would give the product a 3.5 out of 5 score.
