Quick Little Wishlist for Winter

Is it just me or has the last week just suddenly turned freezing? I was in denial about autumn for a while but there is no denying it now; winter is here. As such, it gets me thinking about my winter wardrobe. My coat last year ripped, so I am on the look out for a new one (I know, high class problems to have). As I have been browsing, I have seen lots of other things that I would love to get this winter.

I have done more of a casual wish list with a lack of sparkles (there seems to be a distinct lack of fancy Christmas do’s to get dressed up for when you are self-employed). So here is a bit of a random mix.

Is there anything in particular you are after this season?

winter1.Choker Set – £9 // 2. Jacquard Knit Jumper – £19.99 // 3. Checked Scarf – £14.99 // 4. Black Pom Knit Hat – £9.99 // 5. hush Eskimo Parker Coat – £150 // 6. 90s Blue High Waisted Jeans from Rokit – £25 // 7. Tan Chelsea Boots – £27.99 // 8. Yankee Candle Advent Calendar – £24.99

To start off with, I wasn’t sure about the whole choker thing. It just reminded me of when I was younger so was on the fence. It has completely grown on me though, and like this little set from Coconut Lane (if you want to get your own set, I have a discount code you can use AAUBLOG20 to get 20% off).

It seems like ‘mom’ jeans and the whole 90s vibe is big at the moment so I had to throw some retro jeans in there. I am not sure they would suit me (being a pear shape it is questionable), but I do really like them. I think teamed with some ankle chelsea boots and a parker, it would be a really cool look. Not forgetting the beanie for the colder weather. I feel like I look a little silly in hats, but when they have a pom-pom it gives them some height. So doesn’t look as cringe on me.

Can you believe that I don’t own a Christmas jumper? It is about time that this changed! So this year is the year. I like that this one from H&M isn’t super baggy. You could wear it with a shirt underneath, skinny jeans and brogues and it would look super cute. I much prefer the classier looking Christmas jumpers than ones with slogans or elf bodies on them! The scarf is in there because it doesn’t really feel like winter until you’ve got a thick checked scarf on your hands. Just me?

The advent candler is well, because I love scented candles. Being able to try a new one scent each day on the run up to Christmas would be brilliant.

Have you got any faves?
