There seems to be a month for just about everything, but did you know that April is stress awareness month? And with it being the school holidays, I definitely know that it has been a little bit more stressful for me. Less busy for sure, but a little more stress than normal with children arguing and so on. Plus, working from home in the school holidays has meant a lot of late nights and then early mornings getting things done, so that I can be with the children in the day.
And do you know what, all of that can and does take its toll. Modern lie can be busy and stressful, but if things aren’t done about it, then it can have a knock on impact to overall physical and mental health.
Luckily, I have been trying out a new probiotic called Zenflore that is designed to help you during stressful, busy, or demanding times. Zenflore is a new probiotic that works reduce the level of the stress hormone, cortisol, in our bodies. It’s a completely natural supplement which has been clinically proven to reduce the symptoms of everyday stress, including tiredness, low energy, tension headaches and a weakened immune system.

Sounds pretty amazing, right? Is it all it is cracked up to be?
It does sound like a pretty bold claim that it can do all of that, so I looked a little into the science behind it all. The probiotic has been clinically tested and studied with people in stressful everyday situations with a natural culture. The live culture works with some added vitamins to help support your mind and combat fatigue.
As someone who suffers with anaemia, I have taken quite a few supplements in my time to combat fatigue, but none have felt as good as this one, as it has many other benefits to it as well.
I have been taking the capsules daily for a month, and I have honestly felt the benefit. Sleep isn’t usually a problem for me, but I have been sleeping better, deeper sleep, and have found that my attention span is greater too so have been able to be more productive with my work. Of course, it doesn’t help to remove the stress, it is still there, but has helped me to be more patient and more able to deal with things calmly.

We were away a couple of weeks ago and my husband wasn’t feeling 100% so I suggested he take one of my probiotics. He did just that, and commented the very next day how much better he felt; he has been asking since for me to get more, so I think I will be ordering some soon. I think that is a glowing review in and of itself!
What I like most about the supplements is how I have felt, but also knowing that it is completely natural too. I avoid dairy products as much as I can and a lot of probiotics contain dairy or are part of a dairy-based drink, so I have been pleased to find something that works for me but is free from dairy.
The capsules themselves are slim, pretty small, and easy to swallow. So they are simple to make part of your everyday routine.

If you are looking for a natural way to help deal or manage your everyday stressors, then I think Zenflore could be for you. I would recommend it for sure, as I have definitely felt the benefit. Do you currently take a probiotic? It would be great to hear what you think.

*this is a collaborative post, however all opinions are my own, and I would only recommend something that I would pay for myself.
I know what you mean about the Easter holidays. These sound great if you need a boost!

Absolutely!
Our gut is such an important part of our immune system and overall health can be affected if it’s not happy – probiotics are a great way to boost gut bacteria!
